Yes..this is very much needed in education department.. Also his concept of village secretariats.. may be he will have each village have their own budget that they can leverage to use to benefit their own villages.. similar again to Bharat ane nenu.. also 5 deputy CMs accountable for 5 regions of AP.. I see it as more of decentralizing the governance.. All good thoughts.. hopefully he will be able to execute efficiently as well.. | ||

Don't know if it is good or bad. But he is indeed giving the police a free hand as of now. CI friend unnadu.
