Jagan said he will start liquor ban by next election. Here is an innovative idea. Govt should construc liquore cold storages and give discounted storage for liquor bottles and advertise in a large way that liquor is going to be sold in AP at discount as well. Pass G.O. that when liquor ban is in effect, people can still take bottles from liquor storages. Next 3-4 years lo sales should go through the roof. People will stock up like crazy.
