If so buy one rogue sledge machine it’s max $250 but rest of life you will enjoy
Just go on street or parking lot
Push one end to another :-)

If not then easy way is put one or two weight plates on a iron plate
Push that iron plate
But you cannot add more plates

This sledge push changed my legs a lotttt

I love sledge push
Very easy to understand
Less injuries
More and more intense aggressive exercise
I ever did :-)

After you recover full from your knee injury
Once you become normal

Here is my suggestion
Strong legs are must for good physique
That inclusive of knee.

So start doing sledge pushes
Start with 3 plates and gradually increase
That helped me a lot
Now my legs are strong enough to hold
Nearly 300lbs
But I am going to do more sledge pushes
I don’t stop with 8 plates
So I do expecting more and more
So I suggest you the same

It’s easy on your knees and helps to get stronger
And grow leg bustles huge :-)
