Pre-2015,yes Indian Drug Manufactures have used loopholes in Indian patent systems.But was limited to supplying drugs to Indian markets and not exported those drugs But after 2015,most patents have expired or were open. Atleast they are not 'stealing' patents but manufacturing similar drugs with altered formulation or process | ||
