He could have backed out before signing. If Rameshwar Rao bought majority from Megha after signing the deal, doesn't he need RP permission if they had such an agreement? Obviously, RP would have approached NCLT himself in that case.
So he failed to insert a clause to prevent Megha from selling to someone else. |
