Modi’s comment on Rajiv Gandhi is ‘obscene’: Congress affidavit in Supreme Court The Congress said it lodged a complaint with the Election Commission of India (ECI) on May 6 against Mr. Modi’s remarks against Rajiv Gandhi. The Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Congress through its lawmaker Sushmita Dev to file an additional affidavit to make good its complaint that the ECI had dealt with several complaints of hate speech against Mr. Modi and BJP president Amit Shah in an off-hand manner through cryptic orders of dismissal. The affidavit said it was also imperative to note that the Prime Minister’s speeches were punishable under Section 153A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, as they "blatantly promote disharmony and feelings of enmity on the grounds of religion and such acts are also likely to prejudice the maintenance of public harmony and tranquillity between religious communities". eella kaamedy ni kockroaches ethukella.. | ||

Congress wanted FIR in Rafale...They spent an entire year in drumming up that as a scam and were sure it will deliver the election....but Gogoi dismissed the case at that time....Now they filed a review petition and putting pressure on him to step down without giving judgment....Even if Modi wins, they will continue these tactics...in July they have Zakia Jeffries' petition lined up....Will have to see if CJI succumbs to this pressure tactics. | ||

I heard he is the son of assam CM from congress party Why is liberal and congress eco-system after him all of a sudden? Did he pass any judgement that is unfavourable to them? Or has he been favourable to BJP? Or has the congress gang started disliking him just because he stayed neutral? This harassment case is a small thing. It may or may not be true. It doesn't matter.
