I would move if I were you, by taking a paycut you will have plenty of companies to choose from when you are in Bay Area short term if you are okay with this, you should do it also if you are single earner, your wife will have good chances of finding a job here | ||

What's your current role and what you will be doing after relocating to Bay Area? Don't go by the numbers you hear it from friends of friends $180k is still good number for a first line manager, $180k + Fixed % bonus plan + RSU grants etc will make a difference | ||
