Theoritical ga, Definte ga anochu. Practival ga, the whole point of blending is to reduce the price and add flavors.. to meet the industry definition : you should mix single malts with single grain whisky to get blended whisky. In your case your are mixing multiple single malts which is going to be an unnecessarily premium product.. another issue is you need to experiment a LOT with ratios, to get the nose, palate and finish to your and your audience's liking. | ||
