BBC ran an article on the death of Mya-Lecia Naylor - a CBBC show actor. (May her soul rest in peace)

While the news item itself is sad, I am pleasantly surprised by the "Advice if you are upset by this news." section embedded in the report. It is a short video that discusses answers to questions like "Can this to happen to me? or my loved ones? What should I do? I am scared!".

Hope all news organizations do this. (Maybe they are already doing it. But this is the first time I am coming across one)

This world appearance is a confusion: even as the blueness of the sky is an optical illusion. I think it is better not to let the mind dwell on it, but to ignore it.
