So It grid has to now show the proof that the collected information from the customer after they recorded the consent. 2) another point that UIDAI is saying that the company that recorded the PII should use the PII for the purpose customer gave consent. Say if It Grid called a citizen on behalf of XYZ Bank to offer a loan... Customer provided consent to use his details for address verification N loan approval. Then It grid CANNOT then use that data for mining to detect political affiliation or preferences. So ITGRId is only cleared of case that they hacked UIDAI. 1.IT Grids is not engaged with AP govt to deliver any of AP's welfare schemes 2.Even if it's engaged, it's not supposed to have the color-photo IDs of voter ID cards 3. Who said the data is hacked from adhar servers ? Adhar data can be procured by Govt depts and authorized agencies for authentication purposes (now even this is not possible by supreme court ruling) Possession of adhar data is crime..amounts to stealing | ||

UIDAI will give data to regional data centers managed by state governments......they can use the data for welfare schemes and can also collect additional data if needed.....you don't have to hack UIDAI to access AADHAR data...state governments can also misuse it like in IT grids case | ||
