Uno:think you can claim moving expenses ,if your new location is atleast 70 miles away from current one.There is a limit/formula to calculate..based on miles.You can also include expenses related to move ,like hotel/food during move (Check with your tax consultant for accrue info)

IRS Form 3903 check cheyyi... as far as I know there are some distance restrictions on it... check the details on the form |

Vjawarrior:i dont have cpa bro...i have been filing on my own for last 5 years... contractor gaa unnappudu , client location ki vellataaniki expenses meeda deduction claim chesaanu....cant i don the same even when im on full time as I incur travel expenses which arent reimbursed by the client? Please let me know
Asa contractor, you can claim expenses from our home office to client location, Full time lo you chose to live in a differnt location than your eployer, IMO..those travelling expenses cannot be deducted. If there is Ambiguity, file an extension and consult CPA |
