manasu vunte margam vuntadhi. EC inchina records lo 7 seconds vundali anta vvpat lo slip kanapadaram. in some it is showing 3 seconds ? so whats happening EC have to explain this. rpogramming chnaged ? what happened. why is this not consistnet in all machines. | ||

What if VVPAT slip has a barcode indentifying the candidate....then all slips can be counted with a scanner...like currency counter...is this technically feasible?... I mean can barcodes be scanned in thousands per minute? |
