The PARASURAMA AVATAR shown how to eliminate waste and keep what is working and how to take over and transit to normal , how to transform and transfer. The greatest TRANSFORATION Leader ever. Technique is Take over , transform, transit, transfer ! Here is what CBN,JAGAN,PAWAN needs to TRANSFORM with 3 minimum acts and help themselves and reduce the excess burden on their back and make it easy for themselves first and for the rest of us ! After having sprinkled little water and saved themselves from the excess heat of April summer in AP and after having solid breakfast to support themselves to stand whole day campaigning and after protecting their voice orbit and after directing themselves to home for little rest and after having returned and expanded to all voters and now ready with VIKARI Ugadi Manifesto and resolutions, here are the 3 minimum TRANSFORM tricks that the 3 leaders need to do. Minimum 3 TRANSFORMATION ACTS as follows : 1. Minimum three , top 3 winning MLAs to representation each constituency instead one and instead of waiting and begging center to increase constituencies. It is not physical number and physical split that is needed. What is needed is logical split,share,intergate and rotate for each MLA constituency to serve its constituents properly. Let us do it ourselves by increasing the logical space with 3 MLA leaders for now instead of big power above us increasing physical number of constituencies. Let us start declaring Swarajyam spectrum balance ! Let our new assembly have 175 twin seats where one seat of a fixed for MLA-C leader and another seat is a rotating for A and B with an agreed upon frequency. Let there be two MLAs in Assembly for each constituency , one fixed and one rotating.. 2. Let us abolish B-form and introduce B leader and C leader for executive branch and let AC,BC come alive. Let us cut the waste of carrying the big burden of 175 MLAs baby sitting by executive leaders. Let there be minimum three executive leaders A,B,C and let C partner all the way with A and B rotating with an agreed frequency !. Let there be 5 running mates for executive leader and this 3 + 3 times 5 = 3 + 15 = 18 Ministers executive body. # primary executive leaders and 15 co-leaders. Let the executive body also assemble in the regular assembly along with doubled MLAs to participate , direct and answer. 3. Let there be 3 MPs represent instead of one MP in parliament, 2 MPs will sit in LokaSabha instead of one. Let us declare it to center our firm stand. Let them close the door for our MP or accept , let it be a record and let the entire world watch it if they will welcome or reject. Let it happen and let us demand it is our right to represent it like that. Let MP-A,MP-B rotate for one position as special MP and let MP-C be there all the time to represent as common MP. Let us do it ! Let us resolve to do it ! Yes, we can do it and we have to do it ! This is the TRANSFOR act . Let us grant ourselves a SUPER SPECIAL STATUS to US ! 1. Please all 3 of you, have open door meeting on April 15th , discuss for 1 hour and have lunch together. 2. Please ask your MP running mates to have their open door meeting on April 20th to discuss for 1 hour and let them have lunch together. 3. Please ask your MLA running mates to have their own open door meeting on April 22nd to discuss for 1 hour and let them have lunch together. All 3 of you, CBN garu, Pawan garu, Jagan garu, please publish top 3 decisions that all 3 of you agreed and only 2 agreed list and only 1 wanted list and ask MPs and MLAs to publish their 3 lists. AP executive leaders, 3 of you , Please meet on every 1st of the month and on 15th of the month to fill the first wish. MLA leaders , 3 of you, the top 3 winners, Please meet on every 7th of the month and on the 22nd of the month to full fill the 2nd wish. MP leaders, 3 of you, the top 3 winners, Please meet on every 10th of the month and on the 25th of the month to full fill the 3rd wish. All three of you have been working so hard and I want to help all and have been doing for several years now ! We have to TRANSFORM by cutting the waste and acquiring new and keeping what is good. Let us build a service center named just "TRANSFORM" service center if not PARASURAMA temple on "The Way " from Anantapur to Amaravati , Allagadda to Amaravati , Amalapuram to Amaravati etc ! All 3 of you , please eliminate waste and transfer to what works !
