He never took any government favour and that's why he didn't get charge-sheeted. Isn't he implying that fellow candidate Vasantha Krishna Prasad, previous election candidate for the same Vijayawada seat from YSRCP (Koneru Prasad), and a number of others indulged in quid pro quo by taking government favours after investing in Jaggu's business?
