People spend money on home because u cannot compromise on the the size.. u can't increase the size of the home when u want but u can furnish it when u want ... Usually home owners furnish the home over 2-3 yrs..... Doesn't make sense to buy a Small home and furnish it when u wanted a specific size...home is a long term commitment and attachment... | ||

Husband wife both working. Bought a house recently for 480k. Both share same car - black toyota corolla arleast 6-7 years old. Bigg house. Cheap curtains. Some rooms no blinds also. 150$ dead seep walmart dining table. Sofas woresstt. 40" tv in that huge living room looking like 21" onida tv.
