You can go to any one of the courts in Alameda county First of all it's a two step process You won't get court date directly, you need to attend the walk-in court to get a court hearing 1) Go to dublin court - you will have 3 options plead guilty, not guilty and no contest guilty plea and no contest - judge will reduce the fine with out you asking and she will also ask you if you want to do a traffic school not guilty - deeniki judge will give you a date for the hearing, aa hearing date ki cop raakapothey nee ticket dismiss avutundhi, oka vela vaadu vasthey you can't do anything traffic school idhi cheap and best and the certificate is accepted by Alameda courts https://www.3dollarsfasttrafficschool.com/ | ||

Good suggestion, go to Dublin court and the judges are nicer than Fremont judges. Check on walk in dates and go there by 7.30 am | ||

Poddunne 8 ki court ki velli line lo Nilabaddandi. You will get into the court. When hey call you go stand in front of judge and plead â no contestâ. Judge will reduce the fine and will give you traffic school provided you have not attended traffic school in last 12 months. Done. If you plead not guilty, then they will give you trial date. Do not plead guilty. By 11 am u can come out of the court. Simple rule, please go to court for any ticket and plead no contest and they will reduce the fine. | ||

I know this is a beaten topic in our DB.But want your advice. What are my options now? Do i need to pay fine and go to traffic school? Go to court and take a chance. If i go to court and if cop came and i was guilty,then will there an option of traffic school still? This is fremont area and as per dmv $245 will be fine. Please share your thoughts. |
