I think this for FATF ..last week FATF said they received more SAR reports (Suspicious Account Reporting) from Pakistan than last year and may review and place it from grey list to black list in June and now Pakis are in firefighting mode BTW ,they regularly ban/detain these people/orgs under FS60 (like our PD Act) section..which can be appealed in court only after 3 months...after 3 montsh the courts will ask Govt for proof of their illegal activities in Pak..and the Govt will as usual submit no proofs and ban will be cancelled by court {It is the routine thing from last 5 yrs) The issue with these organisation is they have good will and support of Pakis people cos they run thousands of Madrassas,Hospitals,ambulance services and charites and emply Lakhs of people and receive huge funds from muslim countries as donations | ||

ISLAMABAD: Mumbai terror attack mastermind Hafiz Saeed-led Jamaat-ud-Dawa and its wing Falah-e-Insaniat Foundation were formally placed in the list of banned organisations on Tuesday, a day after Indian media reported that the two outfits continue to be only on the watchlist. According to Pakistan's National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA) list, which was updated on Tuesday, JuD and FIF were among 70 organisations proscribed by the Ministry of Interior under the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997.
