What do you mean by Azure-dev? Azure Developer? You mean a developer who develops using Azure DevOps tools? Or a developer who builds web apps, mobile apps etc that can be hosted on Azure? Or a developer who knows his or her way around Azure services and can use the Azure SDK or API layer to stitch together multiple azure services to solve a business problem?
