I have friends in Apple as well.Either you might have misheard or he should be in Director and above position. For a normal Engineer ,max they will get is 100-150k worth of stocks over a period of 3 years. Which means ,if you stay for 3 years you start getting 100-150k pretax stocks.Appl stock was doubled from last 5 years which means no way they can get beyond 250k per year. | ||
