of course, planning will make you pick that confined way which you need to travel and you need to memorize a lot of stuff
Guntur, Hyderabad, Andhra, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Karnataka first....India last!!!

She makes it very easy for others, because she plans every aspect. This comes at a cost to her, she gets stressed very easily, she finds it hard to cope with changes to any plans, and get easily frustrated.

i follow the mix&match approach... plan meticulously when i have time,patience.. else just go for it..

knowing astrology, does help me anticipate .. lots of situations, so i plan for backup in advance :D for times when i am completely caught off-guard..

the astro-bent of mind helps me .. come back .. so moving on..

I am also more less the same & get easily frustrated.

I will try your technique of focusing on 1 thing at a time.

I was reading the posts the other two threads, related to this. Not sure how much of it is trolling, or if there are things that are more serious than they seem to be.

I cant say what helps others, but I can speak about myself and my observations - take what you think is of any value.

Stress and anxiety could be an outcome of clinical behavioiral issues, in this case, i feel taling to a professional is the most helpful. if its not a clinical issue, i think the perception of what we are, what things around are the cause.

Let me say this - I seem to be very lucky in life, as I did not face much of the problems that I see others in the db go through - but i can say i have had my reasonable share of hardships, and I still consider myself lucky.

I and my life partner to opposites when it comes to the way we live our life.

My wife is an extreme planner, very efficient, and she works hard to stay on schedule. she plans even the minutest of things to long term goals. she has plan in mind on what she will be doing November 2020, to the extent that if we are going on a trip - she will also think about possible gas stations, and where to pitstop. She makes it very easy for others, because she plans every aspect. This comes at a cost to her, she gets stressed very easily, she finds it hard to cope with changes to any plans, and get easily frustrated.

The other opposite is me. I dont have plans, I dont make plans, I dont know what I will be doing tomorrow - other than the things on my calendar. I am always just thinking about thing I am doing right now. I have schedules, but those schedules are not because of what I chose, but because what others are picking. While working I dont think about anything else, while eating I dont think about anything else, while with kids, I dont think about anything else. This also means, I rarely get stressed.

Everyone who has ever worked with me, or for me - never can understand how I am feeling, even when everyone around is stressed or freaking about something. Strangely, i dont feel the same urgency as others. I am usually always ahead of schedule and is what is expected, and even when things are not going as expected, it doesnt seem to bother me the same. This has lead many to think, i dont enjoy or care what i do, but its the opposite, to me the emotion get ecstatic and or sad or frustrated is common.

To me, just paying attention to what i am doing, rather than what I should have been doing, thinking about the outcome, rather than paying attention to what we are doing to achieve the outcome - is the key to not feel the stress.

I can go into more detail - but i think this already too preachy :d
