Hi , Asking for a friend's cousin. They have a position with Prime vendor to work for Client .. Also looking to file for H1 this April and Prime vendor can't file the H1 . Now Have two options to file H1 either through his Preferred Vendor or the Employer the candidate chose. Out of which, can see good reviews for the employer whom he knows and the preferred vendor seems to be pretty new. Having 2 layers in between Employer and Client means more risk to H1 once picked for approval. Edi consider cheyali and what to look for ? H1 is her priority. Currently on H4 EAD |
