You’re mistaken.... If rainfall is there...then cold will disappear... Remember that rain is a heat release event....whenever rainfalls atmosphere gets warmed up.... The reason is simple school physics... Latent heat of vaporization....this amount is released when the vaporous liquid is condensed in form of the rainfall..
