I don't think they will get both..cos it is responsibility of state Govt to identify teh beneficiaries and disburse central schemes Just like center is giving pensions to poor (which included in state schemes) Center also has housing schemes..the states are implementing the schemes by adding their subsidies over central subsidies..similarly with Ayushman Bharat..etc | ||
