The questions that will be raised by courts on this amendment 1. what is the unit of measurement for the family and it's income 2. on a case by case basis, if a single child with his family income less than 8 laks is competing with a 9th child in another family with income less than 8 laks, who will get the priority for reservation ? 3. how the government is going to treat the candidates who used the reservation for their admission for first year and later their family income has surpassed 8 laks per year...will they be disqualified under this quota? 4. child of a legally divorced couple (combined income > 8 laks) , who do not have any alimony terms defined , being looked after by both but for the records staying with single parent whose income is less than 8 laks 5. The ground of the reservation is not immutable , how can you define a homogeneous class under this section ? 6. Is there any property threshold , like if a person with 1 crore property (not fixed assets, but gold..how can govt will get the data) and income less than 8 laks is eligible for reservation ? Guntur, Hyderabad, Andhra, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Karnataka first....India last!!! |
