it says 1-3 weeks. If I submit it next week, I will get it only by end of feb. But got to get appointment this week because the wait time is 28 calendar days

Need quick help to get some clarity.

1. Passport aug lo expire aipothundi....nenu march first or second week lo interview attend kaavochha? 6th validatity undala? Nenu ippudu DS-160 old passport tho fill chesi later new passport tho update cheyochha?

2. Both me and my wife will have to get visa stamped. Naaku interview waiver eligibility undi tanaku ledu. Nenu Interview waiver option ni opt cheyakunda iddaram interview velochha?
