https://www.netgear.com/home/products/networking/cable-modem s-routers/C7000.aspx using this for almost 2 years with comcast. no complaints. some time i feel this is better than the modem/router combo i get from comcast if i rent it but I would suggest you rent it from them for a month or two make sure there are no issues with your wiring etc in/around your house then get your own router. coz those uneducated phillipino idiots at comcast service center will outright say , the problem is in your modem and they will charge you for service request if they have to send someone out. | ||

Buy modem with build in router and make sure it has WAN socket. Some times depending on u r apartment if it is old U might need a separate modem but will be provided free by comcast. better get it installed by professional if it is free. | ||

After 5 years going back to Comcast. move aye kotha place lo only Comcast is the option. 100mbps internet service teesukuntunnanu. modem edi konte better? Do I need modem and wifi router separate? please suggest good once. TIA |
