That would be really amazing., You should have a good network of brokers around the areas and manpower to get it and update it regularly.

ideally like Adber says, idi smhow Govt data ki link undali ( even if its slightly delayed ) and i think theoretically its doable.. its one of the ideas i have that i am exploring .. hence scratching info in DB :D

Magicbricks is again, a secondary source - it can give you a Ask-Bid of mkt, not the real quote.. hope i make sense..

Open plots and lands 99% undervalued. Actual rate ekkada kanapaduadu.. evaro okkaru informal ga ilaa dakota sites tho track cheyyadam tappitey .. formal gaa impossible.
Flats ki reputed builders mostly white and janaalu bank loans ki kudaa veltaaru ..and open gaa price publish chestaru kabatti details konchem reliable.

Apts & office spaces ki ithey JLL baaney report chestadi.

Open plots ki Naaku telsi impossible emo.. ee open plots data hardly anyone maintains. TG Government land registration data might give some insights. But vallu records up to date maintain chesi ..updates istaara anedi doubt.,

I am talking about the RE as investments . I hardly saw anyone investing in my circle investing in Flatsin hyderabad . Undadaaniki kontaaru tappitey..investment hardly anyone. AP/TG lo almost everyone, savings antey,, lands and plots.Northies & very few TG locals into Flat investments.
On contrast, Mumbai/Pune, almost 90+% of investment is in purely flats. Anyone hardly invests in open plots. During mymy pune days, In my own apartment complex,almost 70%-80% of the flats were purely from investors(mostly from mumbai). 30-40% of the flats were not even rented, Just kept locked.
IMHO apts represent only a fraction in RE for hyd.

HYD RE is totally different from RE around india..Hardly 30% goes into Apartments and rest goes to Open plots
Hyderbad RE has seen close to 100% growth all over the city and surrounding areas.
.3 yrs back hyd chuttupakkala ekkada konna ippudu almost double ayyindi. Mokilla & Kollur daggara almost 3 times.

10 yrs back one acre was going for around Rs 10 Lakhs ! (Rs 250 per yard)

RE ki pedda dent padindi.. with Demon Scare.. ipudu kuda black mkt lo deals chestune unar..

but i think RE will slowly pickup.. we should also have a Ratecut cycle kicking off slowly..

Andhra lo kuda infra,RE baga develop avvali.. am invested in DLF, stocks konna.. 174-190 2 times velli traced back.. looking to sell ~210 in 3 months time..
