The problem in the rafael deal was - Why was Reliane selected as he aprtner by replacing HAL? Why was the price per Aircraft increased to approx.1600 Crs from Approx.500 Crs per aircraft? And case was filed in the SC....Now SC says - they cannot comment onm the Financial aspects and also CAG has not found any irregularities. So the questions are 1. Where is this CAG report? 2.Why is the court not focussing on the Financial aspects? That is the point of contention. The quality of the aircraft were never questioned. It was the price taht is being questioned. | ||

SC says - they are not ordering an investigation based on the CAG report! Where is this CAG report? It was not submitted in the Parliament nor was it submitted to the PAC. And on top they do not want to do a comaparision of the financialaspects of the original deal vs the revised deal ! This is exactly what "Capturing of Institutions" means | ||
