LA - He can even try SQ via Singapore - And make use of the 12 hr layover in Singapore to do some shopping :-) But the other route is very convenient... land in Blr at around 1-2 AM...finish Immigration & customs and check at for the 5:30 AM flight to Vizag. Air Asia also has a flight slightly later - but that will be crowded - all the Gulf travellers prefer that for some reason. Be in Vizag before 7 AM. | ||

Problem with Hyd is - not much connectivity. LH, KLM /AF have stopped thier services. Only BA and the Middle east airlines fly to Hyd + ones to the East like SQ, Cathay, Thai etc. If one is fine with 16-17 hour continuous travel + long layover - better to take direct to Del /Mum and after the 6-7 hour layover take the morning flight to Andhra. Otherwise Blr because you get a stop of 2-3 hours in Europe to take some rest. | ||

You can also try via Blr. Do not know about Vijayawada...but if it is to Vizag, then there is Indigo at 5:30 AM and one can be in Vizag before 7 AM. On return there are 2 flights - Vizag to Blr, starting at 8:30 PM (Indigo) and 9 PM (Air Asia) - enough time for transfer in Blr where the Europe bound flights start after 2:30 AM. | ||
