1 more thing i noticed positive is

i used to check stress in Samsung Health it used to show more towards orange zone now it is showing very less stress in thick green

and resting heart rate showing in 55-59 bpm, hopefully bp should have improved too under 120/70

will get more results in may on lipid and a1c

eating only veggie curries as lunch and dinner and omlette in breakfast.

like i said madya lo 4-5 pulla reddy sweets tinnanu.

malla cocunut oil start chesta monday nunchi esarri only 1 month that will complete 3 months of this frogram.

going back to basics of non veg curries and coconut oil, esarri 160 below ki trying.
