calling rao, feelgud saint and others found couple interesting stocks that are bodal chemicals and shree hari chemicals these are turn around stories, since chemicals manufacturing causing lot of environment issues, this companies some of the plants were temporarily shut down for some time in last couple of years(so they were in to losses or some little profits), after these companies fixed the issues with environment, were they have some process in place so that it won't effect environment much. supreme court has given orders to start again, so this first quarter profits increased like 2000 % etc. Bodal PE trading 4 or 5 Shree Hari Chemicals 1.5 only industry pe is 22 or around if they can show the same kind of profit for next year, seems like share price will go 5 to 10 times. next quarter results are next week are soo, looks promising bodal has 200 crores which paid of 117 last quarter, seems they are coming out of debit very fast, shree hari chemicals is debt free company, but market cap is very small. chemicals they produce prices normally volatile, those prices are up now. btw these are very high risk stocks, may be you can invest little money with your risk appetite. just have a look and do you analysis |
