i have space in life style, last 9 yrs nundi rent vastundi, recent ga 4 months kinda vacate chesadu, i have no new tenant

not sure LB nagar ani telusu ante, facility fees are paid by tenant
4.4 lacs rent is net to owner( offcourse taxes pay cheyali)
they got 5000 sqft

Maintenance is typically paid by tenants in India. atleast for apartments thats the case

commercial properties lo luck is involved more than residential proeprties in getting tenant and etc.

commercial properties konni areas lo I mean very high demand vunna chota different story.

commercial taxes are more, commercial properties if they are vacant you have to pay to facility management for maintenance. unlike residential this is very nominal or nil in some cases.
