While Telangana has all resources and Human Resource too పంటఋణాల్లో మొత్తమ్ మీరె తీసుకుంటునార్ పంటఋణాల్లో వివక్ష. తెలంగాణప్రాంతానికి రూ.9,731 కోట్లు కెటాయించిన ఈ సీమాంద్రప్రభుత్వం,ఆంద్రాప్రాంతానికి రూ.22,264 కోట్లు మంజూరు చేసింది.పంపిణీచేసినఋణాల్లో ప్రాంతాలమధ్యతీవ్రవివక్ష.ముఖ్యమంత్రి స్వంతజిల్లా చిత్తూరుకు రూ.1,226 కోట్లపంటఋణాలు లక్ష్యం.ఇప్పటికే రూ.662 కోట్లు,54% పంపిణీ పూర్తి.మంత్రి రఘువీరారెడ్డి అనంతపూర్ జిల్లా లక్ష్యం రూ.2,658 కోట్లు.పంపిణీ రూ.800 కోట్లు,30% పూర్తి. తెలంగాణ,రంగారెడ్డి జిల్లాకు రూ.438 కోట్లు లక్ష్యం. పంపిణీచేసింది,రూ.76 కోట్లు,17%.నల్లగొండ జిల్లాకు రూ.1,011.77 లక్ష్యం.పంపిణీచేసింది,రూ.122 కోట్లు,12%.మెదక్ లక్ష్యం,రూ.764 కోట్లు.పంపిణీచేసింది రూ.116 కోట్లు,15%. తెలంగాణజిల్లాలకు లక్ష్యం పెట్టుకొన్నదే చాలాతక్కువ.అందులో పంపిణీచేసింది అతి స్వల్పం.సీమాంద్రజిల్లాల్లో రూ.882 కోట్లకంటే తక్కువ టార్గెట్ ఏఒక్కజిల్లాకుకూడా లేదు.ఇదీ నడుస్తున్న సీమాంద్ర దోపిడీ.ఈ దోపిడీ ఆగాలంటే,తెలంగాణకు విముక్తి దొరకాల్సిందే. ok next .... If this thing started 12 STEPS TO STATEHOOD (total 215 days) 1. The resolution for the creation of the separate state will be prepared by the Union Home Ministry that will take around 10 days. 2. A Cabinet note will be prepared that will take 30 days. 3. The note will then go to the Group of Ministers (GoMs) that will require 90 days. 4. A Cabinet note will again be firmed-up that will be inclusive of the State Reorganisation Bill and the Recommendation of the GoM, that will again require 15 days. 5. It will go to the Cabinet for its approval that may take 7 days before forwarding it to the President. 6. The President will refer the Bill to the State Legislature for its opinion, which requires about 2 days. 7. The State Assembly and Council will require 30 days for considering the same. The Legislature will vote upon the Bill and send it back to the Centre. Significantly, the views expressed by the State Legislature are not binding on the President or Parliament. 8. The Bill at the Centre will be vetted by the Ministry of Law that takes another 7 days. 9. Accordingly, the Cabinet Note will be prepared in about five days time. 10. Two days will be required for giving notice for the introduction of the Bill. 11. 15 days will be required for the Bill to be passed by both the Houses of Parliament by simple majority, like any other piece of ordinary legislation. 12.
