In spirit .. this ruling is welcome .. but .. look at it from an Indian perspective .. 1) India's judiciary is corrupt - Judges can be made to deliver awful judgments against the spirit of law 2) India's judiciary is damn too slow - once a wrong judgment by a lower court comes out, it will make/break the political careers of a few related people/parties.
