1.Pilot first time landing 777 in SF airport 2.Aiport runway system which help pilot to land flight was not working becoz of the aiport constructions. 3.Flight was comming too low and too slow. 4. Weather has been clear and good. This factor is ruled out. 5. Girls killed not becoz of flight crash , they are killed when emergency vehicle hit them. 6. It might be pilot error as they are trained land only using auto pilot,with airport system. As this time they need to land manually , they did mistake. |
