15-20 mins wts antay emi chesthaaru? 45 mins cardio taruvaatha I will not have energy to lift even 50% of my regular workout wts

looks like you are close to spending an hr per session
divide your pure(heavy) cardio and wt training days
on wt training day - do a warm up for 8-10 mins at very moderate level like jog for a mile
then lift for 30-40 mins
you can finish off with 10-15 min cardio at moderate level again

on pure cardio days
do cardio for 40 mins at moderate to high level...anything beyond 40 mins puts you into a mode where you dont expend too much enerygy ani shastraaalu goshings

rem to lift heavy(relative)...and give time for muscles to recuperate...so probably lift on alternate days
the logic is plain and simple...it is very tough to have enough fuel in the tank to support two types of training on the same day

Non-stop ga 45-60 min carido saripotundi...

If u lift weights and wants your workout more effective, do cardio after weights..

It all depends on your schedule.

I do cardio on separate days. It works out for me. on cardio day i do abs but not weights.

Heavy cardio always after weights ani last time oka thread lo cheppa kada..

weights lifts chese mundu warm up cheyali..10-15 min cardio is fine before lifting weights..

i have been doing 45 mins cardio and then 15-20 mins weights and other training
