For me it is very convenient, no need to swap lenses all the time. Unless I am planning cover an event, I don't take out primes or tele/wide zoom lenses. | ||

Use a 18-200mm as every day lens. Use the prime and other f/2.8 lenses for special coverage. | ||

both the lenses have same aperture.. only difference is zoom. but outdoor portraits lo 70-200 beats the crap out of 24-70.. but its too heavy.. last week for our telugu association i took pics for 4 hours.. 2 day pattindi recover avvadaniki.. indoor photography ayitey go for 24-70..
