YSRCP Positions : We respect Supreme Court ruling and judgements. We hate CBI because it is acting as per Congress High Command, Chidambaram and CBN. What is ridiculous here is : YSRCP says CBI is influenced and put an argument based on what High Command wants which is to continue to put in Jail. But CBI argument is from one side in this case. Jagan's side presented opposite arguments. Supreme court judges do not automatically accept whatever CBI says (and YSRCP agrees to this logic because they said they accept Supreme Court judgement). So even if CBI is influenced, what is the problem. Eventually Supreme court judges will decide based on facts presented. So why is YSRCP crying so much on CBI here. It is crying because CBI is putting up resistance to Jagan's bail. If High command does not influence them, then CBI will not resist and Jagan will get Bail. So when they respect Supreme court judgement, they are accepting what Supreme Court said - that there is serious crimes here and there are reasonable proofs for that. But when they criticize CBI, they are saying that they should not present them in court. In summary, YSRCP is saying we have committed financial crimes (because we accept supreme court bail judgement based on reasonable proofs) but you can't prosecute us (because CBI is blocking us and motivated politically).
