Thikka:

Cadaver list:
accidents lo kaani natural gaa poina vallu organs donate chesthe then based on cadaver list order, people will be notified about availability of the organ and whoever is ready with that money in the order of priority will get operated. But eee list prethi hospital lo chaanthaadu antha untundi....

Parents/siblings/spouse:
This is the easiest way for transplantation in India. But the catch is, there should be a match... donor if within family aithe, and if match is acceptable (kidney match kosam chala tests chestaaru), almost immediate gaa operation aipothundi.....

ivanni chesaaru brother. family lo match avaledhu/ayina old/some other reason cheppaarata doctors. They put them on the cadaver list or something and asked them to be ready with 5 lakhs cash.

Also, India (hyderabad) lo inka ekkadaina register avvaachaa? i mean outside of hyderabad?

basu.... India lo chaala difficult process... a very close friend of mine went thru that stuff....
all major hospitals lo Cadaver list ani maintain chestaaru.... aa list lo peru add cheyyadaniki minimum oka 1-2 months aaa hospital lo dialysis cheyinchukuni undaali......
Cadaver list:

This is the easiest way for transplantation in India. But the catch is, there should be a match... donor if within family aithe, and if match is acceptable (kidney match kosam chala tests chestaaru), almost immediate gaa operation aipothundi.....

External donors within extended family: Inner family kaakapothe it is as good as external people, but still manageable.... relatives ani establish chese paper work choopinchi operate cheyyochu (again, if match happens)... konchem risky and time consuming

External donors (organx trade): Idi chaala kastam and illegal.... but there are some hospitals (with good track record) in India where this is possible. But ethically questionable. Almost govt paper work ye 6 months to 1 year paina paduthundi (all fake documents and so on so forth) and costly too... In addition to operation cost, 1 year dialysis and medicine costs, you need to BUY the kdney....

After all this, 3-4 months post operation, medical observation lo unchutaaru. By default, a human body tries to reject any external body. So, all immunity ni suppress chese medicines vaadathaaru post operation and there are very high chances of catching infections... soo chaala care teesukovali....
Naakonchem thikkundi.... daaaniko lekkundi

getting Kidney transplantation in US is highly impossible as per rules/guide lines as the wait is usually long.

I know a friend who got kidney transplanted last year in Vizag (got from his aunt). If a matching kidney is found from relative(s), it is easy in India.
