Job Description Immediate need for a CCNA/CCNP/CCIE Network Engineer with strong knowledge of TCP/IP Networking. Responsibilities - Perform network testing or support network operations in a Service Provider or large enterprise - Design, develop and certify MPLS network topologies supporting Internet, Mobility, VPN services - Develop test plans to certify Cisco GSR/CRS/ASR9K routers with IOS-XR releases - Perform functionality, scale, convergence testing using Ixia and Spirent test sets - Support Network Operations team with customer escalations for complex routing issues - Perform root cause analysis for service impacting lab and production issues - Document and maintain lab infrastructure diagrams using MS Visio - Automate test cases, device monitoring with Unix/Perl/Python scripting Desired Skills & Experience Minimum Requirements - 6 months+ experience in BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, PPP, Frame Relay - Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Electronics or Telecommunications engineering - CCNA/CCNP/CCIE/JNCIA certification - Excellent verbal and written communication skills |
