alanti schedule




right now I am doing something called intermittent fasting

16 hrs fast, 8 hrs eat

I eat only 2 meals per day

workout day:
before workout meal at 1 pm - 800 K cal
after workout at 8 pm - 1400 K cal
on workout days I eat 300 gm of carbs, 170 protein, rest comes from good fats

non workout day
meal at 1 pm - 800 K cal
meal 2 at 8 pm - 800 K cal
on non workout days I eat 0-25 gm of carbs, 170 protein, 90 gm of good fat

right now I am cutting, so doing low cals...next month nundi build phase for 6 months, then I increase my K cal to 3000 per day or even more

sleep well, 7-8 hours
eat 3 times per day, dont exceed daily 2K calories
keep an eye on carb calories and fat calories and make sure to take pretein and veg.
4-5 hours physical activity per week and
watch your weight and avoid junk calories from fast foods/soda/alchohol etc
