No evidence okkate kaadhu...they tampered with a lot of evidence...first Servant chesaadu ani oka 2-3 days chepparu...but servant was already killed and body was found on terrace. Police later found that somebody dragged him and tried to hide him on the terrace. Ivanni intilo vallaki teliyakunda jaragavvu anedhi circumstational evidence but no concrete proof. | ||

Teenager Aarushi Talwar's sensational murder five years back was carried out by her own dentist parents Rajesh and Nupur Talwar and no outsider was present at the time of the crime, CBI told a court here today. In his deposition before Additional Judge S Lal, CBI investigating officer AGL Kaul, who headed the CBI probe in the case, told the court their investigations revealed that there was no evidence of any third person's entry in the house, agency lawyer RK Saini told reporters. Appearing as a prosecution witness in the Aarushi murder trial, the officer said CBI probe shows that only Rajesh and Nupur were present in the house when Aarushi and their domestic servant Hemraj were killed on the intervening night of May 15-16, 2008. Kaul said several indicators such as dragging of Hemraj's body to the roof, covering it with a cooler panel, locking of Aarushi's bedroom door from outside and dressing up of the crime scene showed that only Rajesh and Nupur could have killed Aarushi and Hemraj, but there was no sufficient evidence against them. The officer had filed a closure report in December 2010 where he had mentioned chain of circumstantial evidence which allegedly pointed towards the Talwars, but said there was no admissible evidence against them. The Magistrate had rejected the CBI closure report and directed the Talwars to face trial. 14-year old Aarushi was found dead with her throat slit in her bedroom on May 16, 2008. The initial suspicion went on Hemraj whose body was later found in their terrace at Jalvayu Vihar in Noida on the outskirts of Delhi. The allegations have been refuted by Talwars who have claimed innocence in the matter. | ||

Like many other Indians (who were closely tracking this case thru media for last 5 years) am very depressed and frustrated that the top official investigative agency in the country i.e. CBI is UNABLE to resolve the murder of 2 people in a house of 4. Many questions unanswered (which is haunting me) : 1. Father, Mother, Daughter & Servant stay in one house. Parents sleep in one bedroom, daughter sleeps in another bedroom and servant outside. Parents lock the daughter’s bedroom every night, but on that fateful night the keys of daughter’s bedroom was found in the hall. Why did the Talwars lock the bedroom ? What if their daughter wanted something in the night, how did they hear ? And why were the keys found downstairs at the hall ? 2.The A/Cs were on in both the bedrooms that night. As per the even recreation test done by CBI, the sound in one room cannot be heard in another room, so even if Arushi screamed that night, parents would have not come to rescue. 3.A golf club and surgical knife was used for murder of Arushi & Hemraj. The slit on her throat can be done only by professionals. Parents being doctors could have done the honor killing (if Noida police was right in their 1st claim stating that parents found Arushi in an uncompromising position with Hemraj). Latter they said Noida police has done a character assisination of the little girl, but even if consider as a fact, then why is that CBI is unable to establish that fact. 4.Krishna (Compounder in Talwar’s hospital) said in his narco test that they had a drinks party on the terrace of Talwar’s night – 3 people including Hemraj. So, did these 3 attack the little girl ? Murder of both Hemraj & Arushi happened during 12 to 1 am in the night. Did Hemraj tried to stop the other 2 attacking Arushi ? 5.When the entire country is tracking this case, media is creating hype to increase their TRPS, high profile people got involved, then why did CBI stop the Talwars when they took the dead body to Haridwar for cremation ? How could they cremeate without post mortem ? Was she sexually assaulted ? Where was the weapnon used in the murder ? Golf Club & Surgical knife. ? How did the DNA samples got changed in Hyd forensic labs of Arushi ? Did Talwars paid the police & doctors ? 13 yr old was mercilessly killed, Hemraj was killed, CBI says no one could have killed those 2 apart from Arushi’s parents as there cannot be anyone in the closed house other than 4 that night, but they say they cannot establish with evidence. Are they taking the entire nation for a ride ? I am sick to know that CBI is unable to resolve this mystery (one murder cases), how will they resolve complex high profile cases ?? Thuuu..God save India. Hope the 11th avatar of Lord Vishnu (KALKI) reincarnate and masacaare all those rapists and murderers in India. Human Beings are unable to punish them…. |
