Is he a client or a colleague..if he is a client/customer then don't give an inch, many of these aggressive folks tend to back off when you step up to them and give it back. These Northies tend to equate aggressiveness with action, just ignore it and focus on the merits and the rationale of the case. If he is a colleague, then just escalate it internally... | ||

Anyone had to deal with an aggressive North Indian(panju, in this case), who tries to intimidate to get what they want? How did you deal with the person without escalating the issue or ruining relation/client service policy? |
