that business model is being violated by using contractors for long term needs and jobs. this is good for h1bs actually. more ft jobs and more pay for h1bs. the real consulting needs could be fulfilled by GCs and citizens who cant be manipulated by desi consulting firms. consulting mode has become a big hawala where everyone gets their bribe and that displaces FT jobs.
