Because we are so hesitant to prosecute the juvenile in the Delhi rape case even though he was the most barbarious of them all, i have a simple solution to this

Just have the juvenile killed by another juvenile. Anthe matter closed. You can't punish the killer too...Guarantee 100 days bomma....(Bhagyraj cinema level lo undha na suggestion)
