Future reference ki ee recipe save chesukondi.. Grind cloves, cinnamon, ginger garlic , pudina , cilantro ,green chillies (other biriyani masala- like nutmeg,javitri, star anise, black cardamom) salt with 1/2 cup yogurt  Divide this masala into two parts... wash the rice, drain add one part of the masala and let it soak. Add the other part to the chicken and let it marinate. Meanwhile heat oil in a pan/pressure cooker. Add sliced onions and saute on high heat for a 2-3 mins. Add the chicken and stir fry on high heat for another 3-4 mins. Now add the rice, commensurate water , bring to a boil , cover ,reduce heat to medium and cook till rice is done - or use the regular pressure cooker time you use The foolish man seeks happiness in the distance; the wise grows it under his feet : James Oppenheim | ||

annai ippude full ga saduvutunna.. Then add the marinated chicken, along with the marinade and cover the cooker & cook for 4-5 minutes. (Just cover with a lid). aim is not to cook chicken curry and i want to make a one pot meal so rice pressure cooker lo padesthuna, danitho paati small cut chicken mukkalu kooda marinate chesi padeyali anukuntuna.. so it becomes a chicken biryani..ela cheyali koncham flavorful gaa. naa deggara unna ingrediants ivi rice chicken cubes masala ginger garlic paste 2 table spoon of oils |
