but after 2 kilases, i could do teh whole session..water baaga tagali..

anyway yoga is not for everyone ani naa uddesam..i mean breathing yoga is for everyone, but stretching yoga is not for everyone..

stability and flexibility..if u r tooooooo flexible, u will lack in stability..if u r toooo stable, u lack in flexibility..

if u have laxed joints, it might not be a good thing to do extreme stretches becasue u will lose stability.. 5 out of 100 have laxed joints and I am one in five..

all the best. prepare for the class from the day before. dont eat spicy foods from beginning of the day. drink lots of water.
