Peppers can be eaten raw
I get sweet mini peppers from Costco and have a few on the side with eggs in the morning
Crunchy munchy
If you want to make an egg sandwich
Throw in some peppers and avacado in the sandwich
Paripoorna meal

Sugar snap peas can be eaten raw or steamed
Steaming kee asparagus spinach broccoli zucchini squash etc are good
While steaming drizzle garlic salt over the veggies
So that they are not too bland to eat

Both are fine. I don't like the mix veggies we get as it has lot of corn. I add 2 portions or carrot & peas with 1 portion of green beans.

cook the veggie mix in a pan after sprinkling soem water. konchem sepatiki water anta poyi veggies light gaa fry avutai.then use either egg white or eggs on top.

other option
take water boil vegetables. use either thai red curry ,green curry sauce. also
sams club has vegetables with some sauce packets included. you can use that. top it off with salt & pepper.

i love salmon, tarvatha tilapia..salmon advantage enti ante u have lots of good fats in it and u dont have to worry about adding dietary fat into your meal..u get a healthy combo of protein + fat

some time I cut down on rice like 30 gm of rice and substitute with some fruit (pear/banana/blurberrie/papaya/orange/pineapple)

weekend we try something like zucchini walnut banana bread and substitute some of my carbs with this..as long as I hit my macro's I am fine...

naa diet completely dfferent annai ippudu..it might be very difficult for you to follow that..i am doing intermittent fasting with just 2 meals a day

non workout day :

meal 1 at 12 pm - 4 whole eggs + low fat cottage cheese cooked in 1 tablespoon avocado oil + 1 big bell pepper raw

meal 2 at 7 pm - 1 pound of chicken or fish cooked/baked + some veggies (aa moment lo fridge lo edi unte adi)

workout days:

meal 1 at 12 pm - 90 gm of raw rice cooked + 1 cup greek yogurt + some protein + veggie
workout at 6 pm

meal 2 at 7:30 pm - 160 gm of raw rice cooked or potatos or sweet potatos or lentils + 14 oz fat free milk + protein powder + fish or turkey or chiken or steak (very rare, intlo steak cooking ante smell). on workout day all my meat will be lean cuts

90% of the time i eat them raw or bake or steam or grill

10% of the time i eat them indian style, main the green beans

frozen techukuni steam chesukovachu if u want..

indian style cooking is not bad IF, u dont over cook and use good high heat stable oil
