Naa Diet chepta.... im not trying to loose weight bu ttrying for fit body n packs.... Morning :Brown bread + Boiled Eggs whiteonly + Milk with protine shake Lunch : One Roti + Daal + Orange Juice Dinner : One Roti + Daal + Veg salad.... Rice complete ga avoid chestunna, SUgar n sweets stop chesesa, Daily Cardio oka 5 mins cheste daily oka exercise choppuna like monday only for chest, tuesday only for biceps 5 days continous ga workout chesi friday nn saturday rest teesukuntunna, Lat one month lo manchi changes ee vacchayi.... Manushulantha Okkate....(Irrespective of caste, Creed and Colour).... |
