Humpty_dumpty:hmmm just consuming milk is not the answer kadha annai fruits, nuts pai kooda dhyasa pettandi alisi pothunaadu antay may be energy reserves increase awwali kadha...like going into the match with enough carbs and protein in the body slow digesting carbs an hr before the match, fast digesting like a banana to replenish during the match i think he is too young to train for the sport...so overall gaa healthy undi and participating in a number of physical activities/sports is good anukuntunna
He is on a well balanced diet. Milk enduku annanu antey, daily twice consuming kaabatti, change would show impact on him ani anukunna. Nuts cannot be added to diet as he is allergic. Eggs/Milk/Meat consistent gaaney teesukuntaadu. He is almost 11, this is the right age for him to take it to next level, so needs to work on his strength/stamina, anni annattu. Yeah, nuvvanattu ga may be half a banana before/during game would help him. |

Chusss. assal baaledu, IPA ni Summer/wheat beers ni mix chesinatlu undi. Tastewise Lienenkugel better, kick-wise Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale better. I don't whether me being sick(with mild fever) had anything to do with it, but it tasted too bitter to me. Had 2 pegs of Glenfiddich before the beer and 1 peg after it to get the taste of the beer out of my mouth. Overall, a big thumbsdown for Flying Dog's The Raging Bi**ch There are far better IPAs available for a better price. IPA kaakapoyina (they call it English/Irish strong ale), I like the Bourbon Barrel Ale a lot. Try this if you can find it in MD. http://www.kentuckyale.com/kentucky-bourbon-barrel-ale 4 pack is usually $11.99 01/06/2012 - 169.4;05/04/2012 - 175.8; 8/1/2012 - 179 |
